Mick Child
Director and Trainer
Mick is Director of the company and has been with Outside iN since it began in 2009, originally as a volunteer and now as a trainer, family supporter, facilitator and adviser on educational law.
Rod Fairless
Counsellor
Rod, is a level 5 qualified and experienced Counsellor in private practice with experience in working with those who have Autism and ADHD and their parents.
He has been involved with Outside–iN since January 2014.
He also works with a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, motivation, and bereavement.
Lisa Pearce
Buisness Development Manager
Lisa is our business development manager and takes charge of our social media. Her drive and determination have given us an exceptional following on Facebook, and this will soon be carried over on to other sites. Besides this aspect of her work, Lisa also undertakes numerous administrative roles within the organisation.
